Job Description

  • Project Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Good To Have Skills :Absyss Visual BAM
      • Key Responsibilities : Manage different skype for business version Lync 2013/S4B 2015/2019/MS team/Office365; Design, implement and support large scale skype for business on-premise with enterprise voice environments; Design the high availability environment with disaster recovery plan; Provide day to day on-call administration support in a Microsoft Skype for business environment along with supporting assigned systems and installing applications; Manage the Deployment and implementation new services and testing
      • Technical Experience : Microsoft Teams Phone system, Advance voice configuration; Microsoft Skype for business On Premises, and Hybrid; High Availability and Disaster Recovery for Skype for business; Office 365, Exchange online , Exchange Hybrid, Azure AD ; Knowledge about Enterprise Voice, Direct routing, advance voice features; Experience with Power shell commands, SQL administration; Depth knowledge about windows Networking, AD, Lync, Skype for Business; Proficient in configuration of Dial plan, routes,
      • Professional Attributes : Good Communication and worked in Client facing roles
      • Educational Qualification : BE/BS in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical or other branches of engineering, Science graduat
    • Additional Information : Microsoft Cloud Technologies;Familiarity in Data center infrastructure management;
