Job Description

  • Role :User Experience Engineer
  • Role Description :Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.
  • Must Have Skills :Microsoft Visual Design
  • Good To Have Skills :Microsoft User Interface Design
  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1. Create new designs, including but not limited to user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes 2.Communicate iterative designs to both internal and external teams 3.Participate in the brainstorming and creation of concepts for best-in-class user experiences 4.Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project management, business and brand strategists, and developers
      • Technical Experience : 1.Minimum 1 year on-the-job experience 2.Design portfolio showcasing relevant work
      • Professional Attributes : 1.Excellent leadership and teamwork skills; excellent communication abilities in English 2.Must be able to articulate thoughts and frame it up with sketches, wireframes, and the verbal/written acumen required to promote the projects vision to clients and internal teams
      • Educational Qualification : 1.Degree or equivalent work experience in User Experience Design preferred
    • Additional Information : 1.Must be willing to work flexible shift hours in order to interact with global teams
