  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Senior SME/ Engineer responsible for design and build of Azure Windows Virtual Desktop 2 Design and Build skills
      • Technical Experience : 1 Proficient in designing and deploying Azure Windows Virtual desktop operating systems to include customizing, application packaging, troubleshooting, Bitlocker management, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 migration concepts and solutions 2 Experienced using Configuration Manager 2012 SCCM / Microsoft Deployment Toolkit MDT to develop custom operating system images, patching solutions, troubleshooting and maintenance plans, App-V and VDI , GPO, AD Security
      • Professional Attributes : Excellent customer facing communications skills verbal and written Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
