  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1: The resource would be responsible for troubleshooting Apple Mac related issues and queries 2: He/She would test and deploy new policies and applications on Mac platform 3: The resource would be Tier 3 POC from India for Apple Mac 4: He/she would perform testing and certifying new Apple Mac OS 5: He/she would perform JamF polices testing 6: Provide guidance and assistance with Mac software distributions and patch management
      • Technical Experience : 1: 3-4 years hands on Apple Mac OS 2: 1-2 years of hands on experience on JamF Pro Apple management toolkit 3: He/She should have strong knowledge on Service Management Incident and Change Management 4 Should posses strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
      • Professional Attributes : 1: Inter-cultural awareness working in a geographically dispersed environment across time zones and cultures 2: Strong English written / verbal communication skills 3: Self-motivated individual, ability to work autonomously without direct supervision 4: Flexible with work hours
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or other related field or equivalent experience
