Responsibilities
PROD Support / Team Candidate -- Skill Set: - Overall Murex knowledge is key (primary requirement) - SAPFinance; IBM TM1 BI (business intelligence) knowledge and/or experience is a plus: MX feeds IBM TM1 BI (reporting) - Finance knowledge is necessary - Knows how to troubleshoot in MX - Back up to current PROD support team - Will be small enhancement in reporting; define requirement w/Business; work with users, .etc. - 10% of any persons work on small change and rest is support - Here are the necessary skill sets required. - Murex Mxml workflows(mandatory ) - DM reporting ( mandatory ) - Debugging accounting issues would be an added advantage - EOD monitoring + shell scripts knowledge. - Web Services - Having an Agile experience a plus - Murex Technical knowledge is necessary: Workflows - Most of the work will be in BO area and in reporting - Asset class knowledge: FXD ( most of the focus), FX Cash and simple IRD - Should be able to pick up new skills about other MX Modules (if not know to candidate yet) - LiNIX (UNIX) and SQL (a must) - Fluent in LINUX (UNIX) - Confident with SQL - Worked on resolving issues with PROD access before Skills
Must have Must: - 3+ years MX experience in techno-functional support role - Strong SQL, Unix, Scripting, Sybase and Oracle skills - Good to Strong Murex workflows (pre and post) - Good Reporting skills (datamart) - Must have strong personality, logical and analytical skills - Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner and self-starter - Possess good verbal and written communication skills - Must have strong organization skills Nice to have - BS or higher degree in Technology or Finance or Mathematics or equivalent
