Generating, Analyzing, Publishing Daily, Monthly Reports.Publish External Daily reports to the Client as per the timelines.Maintain timely accurate database.
Collate Data, generate trends and undertake variance analysis where required with minimal supervision.
Provide data and analysis in achieving goals related to productivityPublish Intraday report, Agent Performance Report Adhoc reports.Preparing presentations to showcase the activities, value adds highlights and lowlights.Communicate with Clients.Ability to adhere to timelines.
