This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.Supporting the Performance Management team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: Financial Crime Prevention; The Right Environment.Effectively and collaboratively identifying, escalating, mitigating and resolving risk, conduct and compliance matters.Our Ideal CandidateA degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Econometrics, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or Cost/Management AccountancyMinimum 6 years of professional experience, preferably in Banking / Financial Services.Expert in data sourcing, data capture, data transformation and data preparation techniques.Expert with clear track record of deliveries in field of databases, Extract-Transform-Load, SQL/Hive including writing stored procedures and data extraction / manipulation using queries.Expert in visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, etc.Understanding of statistics and related application in machine learning and data science.Experience in end to end analytics delivery from data ingestion to data preparation to data visualization.Working knowledge of core banking processes (e.g. Client Onboarding, Client Due Diligence, Credit operations) and related risks and controls, and/or experience working on bank-related systems implementation projects.Hands on experience of using data to improve processes, client experience and risk.Solution-oriented with go-getter personality.Willing to try new ways to solve old problems.Team player, able to motivate and develop team members.Confident, independent, and adaptable.Excellent verbal/written communication skills.Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills.,
