    Job Location Corporate Office Domlur(Bangalore)Days Mon to SatGeneral shiftRole Back Office Admin / MIS ExecutiveFreshers / Experience 1-2 years> Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.> Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada languages is mandatory.> Proficient in MS Excel and other MIS tools.> Good communication skills> Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.> Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.Job Description> Collect & Keep up-to-date records of company> Drafting agreements for EV Rangers and Master dealers tie-up.> Overseeing the daily travel report for Sales executives.> Managing all payment data for sales and charging stations with the accounts team.> Creating PPT for weekly sales review meetings.> Conduct outbound calls to potential customers as part of sale follow-ups post activities, on EV products/services/Offers.> Maintain detailed records of call information on classified leads.> Maintain and Generate regular reports for management, from the CRM as and when requested.
