Job Description

As an MIS Executive, you will be supporting a team of seasoned Talent Scouts to help with recruitment analytics, data and dashboards. Here is a sneak peek at the role:What is the Job like

  • Extract data from multiple sources and prepare reports with key metrics for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Creating and Maintaining unique requisition IDs on request of recruiters.
  • Report generation on key metrics like - Cost to hire, Turn Around Time to fill the position, Offer to Joinee ratio, and so on.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports, charts, spreadsheets and dashboards of HR trends/metrics and provide recruiting metrics to the Leadership team.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition head and assist on any ad hoc requests related to data and analytics.
  • Updating and maintaining records through interacting with multiple internal stakeholders and recruiters on a regular basis to ensure accuracy in recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain the candidate database and generate reports for the team to identify shortcomings and suggest process recommendations to achieve operational excellence.
  • Identify and implement process improvements by exploring the current recruitment technologies to their best as well as discover new ways to automate for increasing operational efficiencies.
  • Be an internal auditor to identify risks to data accuracy pertaining to our new hires.
Who should apply for this post
  • Graduate in any stream.
  • 1- 3 years of experience as MIS Executive in HR or Recruitment operations.
  • Strong experience in advanced Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, Conditional formulas, etc)
  • Knowledge working on any ATS would be an added advantage
  • Strong inclination towards attention to detail. So, obsession with perfection is always welcome.
  • Well-spoken and eloquent in emails.
  • Flexible, fearless, and excited to build bigger and better processes for the team.
  • Zeal to learn and pick it up quickly.
