    MIS SR MANAGER -Bhartiya City, Bangalore-Full-Time-Shift Timings 3 PM 12.30 AM ISTPosition: MIS SR MANAGERLocation: Bhartiya City, BangaloreJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 8YearsShift Timings 3 PM 12.30 AM ISTJob Summary:*The MIS Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the global Management Information Systems (MIS) operations, ensuring data integrity, and driving the development of strategic reporting solutions.*This position involves leading a team of technical professionals focused on SQL development, Power BI reporting, and data transformation, as well as managing API integrations across various systems.*The MIS Manager plays a critical role in delivering business insights to senior leadership, including C-level executives, while ensuring operational continuity and production support.*The position reports directly to the Global IT Director based in Latin America.Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Reporting and Strategic Alignment:o Oversee the creation and delivery of strategic reporting, ensuring it aligns with business goals and provides actionable insights to leadership.o Lead the coordination of reporting needs across regions (India, US, Latam), ensuring the appropriate delivery of data to global stakeholders, including C-level executives. API Integration and Data Management:o Manage the integration of various business applications through APIs, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.o Ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of all data across the organization, supporting business needs with a global scope. Team Leadership and Operational Management:o Lead a team of developers and technical specialists, managing both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.o Balance operational management with strategic vision, ensuring the team effectively responds to urgent needs while driving continuous improvement.o Ensure the team operates with high efficiency and availability, meeting business demands and adhering to SLA metrics. Production Support and Urgency Management:o Ensure timely resolution of production issues, with a focus on maintaining system uptime and addressing critical business needs.o Implement processes for tracking and managing incidents, ensuring alignment with the companys operational goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration:o Collaborate closely with other departments to understand their needs and work together to find the best solutions that align with the companys strategic goals.o Work with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into actionable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 8 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on managing global MIS operations and enterprise reporting. Proven experience in managing API integrations and data workflows. Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL, Power BI, and data transformation tools like Pentaho. Ability to balance operational management with strategic vision, ensuring the team meets business requirements while continuously improving technical capabilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
