Our client is looking for MIS Team Manager for Banglaore location Job Description as below : Reporting Lead Level 2 / Level 1 Reporting Lead Sr. Operations Manager Managing a team of Reporting Analysts and Sr. Reporting AnalystsFacilitate in the transition of Reporting from Operations to MIS. Interact daily with Operations TL s and Managers to understand their requirements. Translate and communicate Business requirements to the team. Manage reporting initiatives using strong Project Management skills Responsible for master data maintenance and data sourcing Develop and implement process enhancements in the reporting function Advise business stake holders on key performance indicators Ensure timely delivery and quality of reports Provide regular updates to the Stakeholders and Management on MIS Develop and implement a technology road- map for the MIS team. Manage and exceed stakeholder expectations from MIS. Specifications (Skills): Hands On experience in Advanced MS Excel , MS VB / Macros Hands On experience in SQL/ SSRS/ SSAS Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technology Oriented People Management skills Sector preference- ITES/ KPO/ BPOMS SQL / MS Access Certification Preferred Experience on developing using VB based tools and SQL 3- 5 years work experience with 1- 2 years of experience in leading a team.,
