Job description
1.This role ideally requires a deep and immersive sales experience in the Apparel / Hosiery Industry.
2.He / She must be skilled at Strategic Planning around the overall Sales Effort for territories in respective region.
3.He/ She must possess excellent people management skills in ensuring full capacity utilization and enhanced performance of his/her sales teams.
4.Must have an ability to utilize resources effectively and bring results.
5.Must demonstrate Integrity and Leadership skills.
Educational Qualification:
Qualification: Any UG degree / MBA / PGMBA
Specialization: Sales and Marketing
Work Experience:
1.No. of years: 10-12 relevant years
2.Must have ideally real time Sales Management experience in the Apparel / Hosiery industry
3.Must have experience in creating growth and expansion plans for multiple territories.
4.Must have experience in guiding the overall team effort towards successful achievement of Targets.
Functional Skills:
1.Must have ideally a deep understanding of the Retail / Apparel / Hosiery industry.
2.Must be able to change plans when there are market indicators pointing in difference directions.
3.Must understand how to help build effective Channels and Distributor Connections with ease. Behavioral Competencies
4.Must be a top-notch communicator, getting his/her team to present information in a timely manner.
5.Making Decisions and Solving Problems Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
6.Must hold high ethical standards for team members to follow.
7.Must demonstrate ; Critical Thinking, using logic and people driven methods to ensure maximum utilization and motivation for the team.
8.Must have strong Leadership capabilities and deliver positive results amidst adverse situations, if need be.
Other Job Requirements:
Analyze financial records/MIS to improve efficiency of the regions under him/her.
Desired Candidate :Must have ideally a deep understanding of the Retail / Apparel / Hosiery industry
Should be experience in channel sales/Distribution sales.
