Job Description

    *JOB DESCRIPTION:Module / Packaging Planning EngineerResponsibilities:
    • Experience: 2-4 years in design of plastic components especially Automotive Interior, Exterior parts
    • Experience in developing new concepts, innovative part design, part design modification and optimization without affecting part functionality.
    • Knowledge of development process, and knowledge of plastic, trim parts manufacturing.
    • Knowledge of logistics friendly design requirements is desirable.
    • Good Communication
    • Tools : NX (Expertise), Knowledge on Engineering Client, DIALOG (preferable)
    • Container Planning (Container Design) for BIW, Assembly Parts , PT, Battery, Axles, Transmission
    • Innovative Packaging / reuse studies / Green - Sustainable Materials
    • Packaging / Container Optimization for series, part by part and CKD
    • PFEP (plan for every part) and ULT studies
    • Container/Packaging Rack - Prototyping & first article buyoff, testing and validation
    • Experience in Container planning (Series) with plastic design knowledge
    Language skills: Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written. Proficiency in German is added advantage.Domain Skills:
    • Good Coordination skills to work across the Globe
    • Good hands on Experience & Exposure to Series Container planning/ Containerization (local as well as overseas)
    • Software and System know how must NX and any PLM software work experience
    • Research oriented approach and idea generation skills to encounter problems Personal skills:
    • High analytical / conceptual competence, pronounced goal and result orientation, pronounced customer orientation, Teamwork, strong communication skills
