Job Description

  • Manage end to end Delivery for the assigned projects including project planning, delivery, client interaction and managing all project operation parameters.
  • Manage large teams of Product owners, UX Consultants, Developers, Architect & testing resources to deliver signed scope.
  • Mentor Team & build competencies
  • Compliance with quality systems & procedures
  • Interface and communicate with the onsite client teams
  • Project Reporting & Governance
We are looking for the candidates with the following:
  • BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 12-16 Years
You will need to have:(Core Competencies)Mandatory skills:
  • Experience in Application development & leading complex enterprise wide CRM programs across industry
  • Deep understanding of MS Dynamics CRM product, its architecture, Integration & Data Migration methods
  • Hands-on experience in solution consulting, application development, Configuration & Customization
  • Minimum 2 end to end MS CRM Dynamics implementation
  • Good Interpersonal skill, manage high performing teams and excellent business communication skills
Preferred skills:
  • MS Dynamics CRM Product Certification
