Required Skills: BS or MS in Computer Science Engineering or related filed 10+ years of experience with MS SQL Server Should have experience implementing MS SQL Server replication Should have experience in installing and configuring various versions of MS SQL Server Should have experience in upgrading MS SQL server to latest versions Must have Windows scripting skills for monitoring and reporting Must have experience is implementing DR solution for MSSQL using log shipping or SQL mirroring Should be able to quickly identify root cause behind the performance issues and provide solutions Should have experience dealing with MSSQL Dynamic management views and functions for performance analysis Should have experience using SQL profiler and perfmon for troubleshooting performance issues Excellent communication & coordination skills is required Strong initiative and sense of ownership Should have some project management skills dealing with database infrastructure Should have experience in migrating servers across data centers Plus Skills: Experienced working in banking or financial institution providing global support Experience working with offshore teams Experience working in an ITIL based environment highly desirable MS SQL Server DBA certification highly desirable Interview and hiring process: Initial phone interview followed by an in person interview in NJ,
