As a Member of Techical Staff you will be responsible to coach and lead a team of smart engineers to accomplish organizational goals. You would be responsible for Software Architecture, design and development of high quality API s. You would also be hands-on coding for backend applications and Restful APIs designed and built on the MuleSoft Anypoint platform. You have in-depth knowledge of the application development process to meet project requirements. This assignment will require you to design, implement and test solutions that meet the objectives for the project within the timeline given. You have the ability to create application interfaces using continuous integration and continuous deployment platforms to deliver fast, reliable, and scalable code. You have solid programming experience with Enterprise Service Bus architectures, Java and Python in order to deliver your solutions. This role requires that you develop through all phases of the development lifecycle, including writing automated unit and functional tests. You will need to solve problems quickly and deliver elegant technical solutions for them. You will mentor team members, both full-time and contingent, to share knowledge and increase the competency of the team.You possess good verbal communication and written documentation skills and collaborate effectively with other team members. You will also be asked to supply ideas and provide feedback on many aspects of the teams project.Specific Responsibilities

• You would coach and lead a team of smart engineers to accomplish organizational goals
• You would be responsible for Software Architecutre, design and development of high quality Restful API s
• You deliver high-quality API solutions using Mule 3.9
• You independently research and design integration solutions by documenting individual modules and/or components to explain their function, responsibility, and execution per business requirements.
• You work with various Project Managers across the organization to help with the project and release planning efforts for your projects.
• You deliver high quality, well-written code that is quickly understood and easily supported and maintained by others.
• You independently execute and deliver new or extend integration frameworks to implement features that are of medium to high complexity.
• You implement automated test cases to support code and project requirements for use with our Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline.
• You use Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to deliver features to production.
• You actively communicate and collaborate with team members clearly and precisely, verbally and written within the Lean-Agile IT framework to meet sprint planning objectives.
• You nurture highly effective relationships with internal business partners such as product management, technical teams, systems operations, and service and support.
• You present and communicate complex ideas and features to a broad audience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as Technical Lead/Architect for Product Development
• 10 years minimum experience developing highly scalable software products with focus on information security
• 3+ year experience with Java and writing JUnit tests
• 3 years of minimum experience working with a major ESB
• Experience writing SQL for Oracle 11g databases
• Experience integrating with B2B Web Services, such as Salesforce and Workday
• Experience using GitHub as a source control repository
• Experience developing in an Agile software development environment (Scrum)
• Experience using code versioning systems, Jenkins and Nessus technologies
• Authority in Python 3, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Node, Django or Flask
• Authority in Java server-side development, threaded applications and the development of web resources such as Jersey.
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
