National Solutions Architect Manager ISV

Job Description

• As a ISV Solutions Architect manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to build mind share and adoption of the AWS cloud computing platform across AISPL s most strategic business partners.
• In collaboration with sales marketing and business development teams, you will drive revenue growth across a broad set of ISV solutions.

• In this role, you will need to be technically capable and credible in your own right as well as effective in shaping the customer and solutions-focused skills of your team.
• You must enjoy learning and introducing new technology in order to help colleagues and partners embrace and adopt new technology. Furthermore, thought leadership in terms of looking beyond the technology and considering the value technology creates for our customers, and helping to change how technology is viewed are important aspects of the role.
• You will help team members ramp-up on Amazon Web Services AWS cloud capabilities as well as develop speaking, writing, presentation, and executive interaction skills.
• You will also need to be adept at interacting, communicating and partnering with other departments within AISPL such as our services teams, marketing, and professional services, as well as representing your team to executive management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new ISVs to partner with AISPL
• Work alongside AISPL SAs and ISVs technical team to migrate the ISVs applications to run on AWS Cloud
• Work with new and existing partners to define and execute joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs.
• Create a partner development plan for target partners and customers. This includes developing detailed account plans to manage and track the progress of each ISV solution provider and achievement against goals.
• Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects from internal and external sources
• Coach Solutions Architects in the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions so they can transfer deep technical skills to Independent Software Vendors who are considering or using AWS Cloud
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS Cloud solutions architect community
• Manage and close a pipeline of customer opportunities associated with assigned solution providers.
• Work closely with the partner s customer base to ensure they are successful using AWS services.
• Prepare and give business reviews to the AISPL senior management team.

,BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 15+ Yrs of Experience overall and 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience building technical teams including hiring, training, development, coaching and mentoring
• Experience building industry and technology solutions
• Ability to interface with C-level as well as technical resources at ISVs and Amazon Web Services cloud
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers
• Strong written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
• Compile, develop, and deliver architectural guardrails, and align with IT strategy
• Influence stakeholders and ensure compliance within many technology domains that comply with technical and business requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert to guide technology strategy by convincing decision makers across multiple domains and working with architects in each domain
• BE level degree required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with/for Independent Software Vendors and knowing the market landscape
• International consulting and delivery experience w/ global F500 enterprise customers and partners
• Use of Amazon Web Services services in distributed environments with Enterprise Software
• Cloud and/or Amazon Web Services experience; Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Level
• Broad Enterprise systems experience including MSFT, SharePoint and custom Java/.NET applications.
