Responsibilities Capable of reading, understanding and following the applicable approved procedures, calibrate the equipment, conducting UT Inspection independently, evaluate and interpret the test results according to the specific codes, standards, specifications and associated acceptance criteria, preparation of test reports. Should be able to prepare simple work procedures to be followed by NDT Level I technicians and trainees. Eligibility Criteria Should be Level II certified as per ASNT recommended practice SNT- TC- 1A or ISNT with good exposure to UT of castings, various types of engineering components, shear wave examination of weld joints, Ultrasonic thickness testing. Candidates with certifications in other NDT methods will be added advantage. Basic knowledge about computer usage like preparing test reports, documenting the test results, e- mailing the data are absolutely important for absorbing into the opening. ,
