Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Providing ticket escalation support for operational issues and supporting the operational queue rotation
Interfacing with customers to assist in resolving customer issues, communicate
resolution status, and deliver high quality solutions
Identifying process gaps or areas for improvement in operational efficiencies and recommend/implement solutions
Collaborating as part of a cross functional team, delivering networking solutions in an expedient manner
Engaging in opportunities to expand on existing skillset in attempt to increase knowledge and reduce learning curves
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
4+ years experience with enterprise / managed Wireless network. Cisco Meraki,
including Local Area Network (LAN).
2+ years Practical experience with Cisco ISE environment.
Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki, ISE, Cisco Prime, WLC s & Enterprise LAN
Automation / Scripting experience
Knowledge of network monitoring and management protocols
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers,
testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project
(Delivery/Maintenence/Testing) You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise
in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. You are
responsible for functionalechnical track of a project.
