Job Description

    Roles And Responsibilities
    • Troubleshoot, Configure & Maintain Customer IT Networks encompassing Wireless Controllers, IAPs, Switches, Firewall & NAC Devices, Technologies like SD-WAN, SASE platforms to name a few.
    • Customer Engagement over Emails & Phone for Troubleshooting the reported Network issues & suggesting recommendations based on analysis.
    • Vendor Engagement over Emails, Vendor Portal & Phone as & when required for as part of the reported Network issue.
    • Escalation Engagement for complex troubleshooting whenever required.
    • Creating KB articles for well-known issues.
    • Accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to Business.
    • Associate-level certification is a must.
    Desired Qualifications Skills
    • Bachelors Degree (ANY).
    • Experience 1.5 - 2yrs in Configuring/Deploying & Troubleshooting Medium & Large scale Networks/Network Operation Centre ( NOC )
    • Strong written and oral communication skills - English
    • Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals.
    • Strong TCP/IP networking skills.
    • Basics of Routing, Switching, Wireless & Security.
    • Experience working with NMS & Ticketing tools.
    • Associate level certifications Trained / Certified would be an added advantage.; CCNA
    • Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
    • Basic knowledge in ITSM ( Incident, Change,Problem management, and Service request module )
