Resolve customer queries and issues on first call basis.Handle elevation requests from Tier 1 and coordinate with higher level support in resolving complex issues. Provide remote support for onsite technicians during hardware installation,replacements |Break fix| and general troubleshooting. Configure and troubleshoot switches |Aruba|, Wireless controllers |Aruba| , Access points |Aruba IAPs| and Modems |CradlePoint|. Troubleshoot on hardware faults |AP|Switch|WBU|, configuration issues, user authentication failures, splash page issues, device connectivity and other LAN|WiFi related issues. Collaborate with CSMs, Helpdesks, ISP and onsite technicians to resolve trouble tickets. Ensuring maximum availability for Operations Requirement. Ensuring SL and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded .MTTR.OCR.QA. Resolving and closing high volume of cases and contributing to Team PI. Maintain good audit scores and achieve zero Escalation.Audit Standard Operating Procedures .SOPs for the known issues.Be proactive and find solutions to complex issues without involvement of peers or higher level support. Availability in office . on call as needed. Adherence to Production Floor processes and Team SLA.Strong focus on teamwork. Proven communication skills .Written and Verbal. Creative, open minded.
