  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Provide Technical support for LAN, WAN, Branch, Enterprise Network issues Customer focused, able to manage customer expectations while adhering to defined SLA/KPI, Performing Technical Troubleshooting and resolving Incidents
      • Technical Experience : Experience in Supporting enterprise Networks, Provision, Support and maintenance of switches, cabling and associated WAN network technologies Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, Ethernet and Wireless LAN operation, Provision, support and maintenance of network infrastructure and associated hardware Experience working within an enterprise DC network environment with good working knowledge on Core Network Protocol support BGP, OSPF, Spanning-tree L2 over L3 encapsulation technologies
      • Professional Attributes : Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and collaboration skills Flexibility to work in shifts
      • Educational Qualification : Graduate
