Act as a service fulfillment and program SME and be accountable for tracking and reporting performance measurements and SLAs of service fulfillment teams to the client.Deliver business value to the project and work with clients on performance and process optimization.Must have Skills : Network Infrastructures, Enterprise Network OperationsGood to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities :A: Provide Tier 2 Network Operations support during operational incidentsB: Maintains current network infrastructure and leverages the manufacturer for advanced supportC: Maintains high network availability for redundancy and resilienceD: Understands and accounts for peak load; manage peak load eventsE: Follows Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for operational efficiencyF: Optimizes, implements, and monitors network performanceG: Maintains and reacts to Enterprise-grade network monitoringTechnical Experience :A: Should have 4 to 6 years experience in the deployment of network equipment for new office build outs, domestically and internationallyB: Assists in the deployment of WAN circuits, including MPLS VPNs and P2P/IPsec circuitsC: Knowledge of TCP/IP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS and L2 technologiesD: Knowledge of Nexus 7K, 5K, 3K 2K Data Center SwitchesE: Proficient at troubleshooting L2/L3 issues for LAN, WAN WLANF: WAN Optimization knowledgeG: Hands on experience with WAN technologiesH: Revie Professional Attributes :A: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organizationB: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervisionEducational Qualification:A: 15 years of full-time educationAdditional Info :A: Should be open to work in shifts and CCNA is minimum req
