  • As Networking Infrastructure Lead, you are responsible for implementation, rollouts and lead the technical solutioning for client requirements
  • You will provide technical guidance and leadership to the customer and project engineering team while ensuring project timelines are being met
  • Responsible for the network planning, design, implementation and optimization services as a post sales consultant to WWTs Commercial Enterprise clients
  • You will be the technical point of contact for the customers and provide design, migration and deployment guidance

  • Create Low Level and High-Level design of data center networks utilizing industry methodologies and Cisco hardware to include: Cisco enterprise level L3 switching and Nexus 7K/5K/2K platforms
  • Manage and ensure successful delivery of network solutions including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and other network hardware appliances
  • Oversee/perform new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades
  • Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of customer managed hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
  • Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 7 years of experience designing, deploying, and implementing core route/switch and / or datacenter networks in accordance with industry standard methodologies
  • Hands-on experience on Nexus 7K / 5K / 2K
  • Experience in logical design models (L2/L3, VPC, VDC, Datacenter Zones, Spanning tree, VFR, VTP, VLANs, physical cabling)
  • Working knowledge of network control protocols (QOS, PfR, PoE, NTP, DHCP), network management protocols (CDP, FTP, TFTP, SNMP) and security protocols (SSH, HTTPS, AAA, IPSec, TrustSec)
  • Proven ability in IP communication and routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) along with experience in inter-company routing
  • Proficient in WAN/LAN and transport technologies (Ethernet, Frame Relay, DMVPN, WAAS and MPLS) along with SD-WAN (Viptela) implementation and migration experience
  • Demonstrated expertise with Large-scale WAN deployments along with configuration management of networking devices using automation tools (APIC-EM, Cisco Prime) and API scripting with Python
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
  • Certifications in CCNP, CCIE R&S and/or Data Center Preferred
  • Prior experience with Nexus 9K, ACI and experience F5 load balancing, Palo Alto technologies, Cisco UCS, or Cisco MDS is desirable
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals
  • Ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
