Description Essential Functions and Key responsibilities Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities 3 - 6 years experience in NMS/ EMS/ OSS/ Planning tools - design and development Must be familiar with object oriented programming principles Programming skills: Core Java, Swing, XML, Multi-Threading and Client/ Server architecture etc Desired Exposure any one of the RDBMS (Oracle/ MySQL/ Sybase) and or CORBA/ TMF is an added advantage.
