Job Description

The team will also manage network performance by maintaining network software configurations, managing the distribution of patches and software releases, network and system trouble shooting, monitoring tools, and alarm conditions. This engineer will interface with field operations, engineering teams, equipment vendors and network service providers.Who You Are:

  • Expertise knowledge in Web Application Firewall - configuration, operations/investigation and analysis of Web Application Firewall (WAF) blocked events (Imperva WAF, Incapsula).
  • Knowledge of web security vulnerabilities and recommended remediation
  • Good knowledge in Firewalls Palo Alto, Cisco ASA or Force Point
  • Good knowledge in proxy solution - BlueCoat/ForcePoint/Zscaler
  • Good experience in troubleshooting complex network issues
  • Basic/Good knowledge in monitoring tools (CA Spectrum/SolarWinds/ManageEngine)
  • Basic/Good knowledge in Windows and Linux Operating systems
  • Good knowledge in ITSM process (INC, RITM and Change process)
  • Willingness to work in 24x7 Global Operation support
  • Experience working in a team-oriented
  • Good communication skill (written and verbal communication skills with specific focus on technical and operational documentation)
