Job Description

We have the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers outcomes from their digital transformation.Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.Responsibilities:

  • Minimum experience of 8 years as lead - NOC
  • Should have experience in network technologies, network management tools and products proposed by the bidder in the solution
  • Should have experience in managing the network related trouble ticketing using the standard procedures
  • Should have experience in managing the network Operation centre team and also monitor all network devices and ensure the availability as per SLA. Escalate as required and per defined policies
  • Should have experience in network device compliances with all frame works defined by UIDAI like security, authentication and authorization, monitoring, incident Management and change Management.
  • Should have experience in Modification/Add/Change (MAC) requests using the service request tools or other mechanism.
  • Should have experience in managing and monitoring the performance and utilization of all devices as per defined threshhold.
  • Should have managed security SLA and Compliance of all network devices.
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and managing network devices remotely and use the feet on street as required
  • Experience in managing, configuring and integrating enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs etc.
  • Ability to coordinate with Vendors and UIDAI for approval and coordination s as required
  • Knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualization, Business, Continuity, Disaster Recovery.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware such as routers, switches, VPN and Remote access devices, network interface cards, and so on.
  • Must have good knowledge on Switching, Routing, Security, Cloud solutions
  • Must have low level troubleshooting skills in large complex network and ability to work in private cloud networking environment.
  • Ability to script and identification of opportunities of automation of routine tasks.
  • Able to work with respective vendor of REST API/SDK for creating common dashboard or operational desk for network.
Education and Experience Required:
  • BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MSc/ MCA qualification or equivalent
  • CCNP or CCIE or equivalent network certification.
  • Post graduation in technology is preferred
