Job Description

IntroductionThe infrastructure running industries likes transportation, energy, insurance, banking or healthcare is quickly changing as the worlds relationship with technology evolves. Our Infrastructure Architects are responsible for keeping up with the latest and greatest of these changes and using their expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.Your Role and Responsibilities

  • You will be a Load Balancer Specialist (F5 and Citrix Netscalar is must) with proven experience in configuration, operation, administration and troubleshooting of the appliances. This role is the subject matter expert (SME) for F5/Netscalar/CiscoCSS/Radware capabilities and related technologies. The specialist is expected to mentor less experienced operators and Network Administrators.
  • Lead the administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of load balancer appliances utilizing best practices along with other aspects of client security.
  • Architect and engineer the F5 Local Traffic Manager, GTM, Access Policy Manager Application Security Manger modules.
  • Collaborate with Architects on solutions addressing application delivery, integration, and access control needs.
  • Develop iRules and apply rules within the F5 appliances.
  • Troubleshoot and debug services using problem determination tools and logs provided with the Load Balancer appliances.Conduct detailed research and recommend approaches for identity management and access control.
  • Configure monitoring using Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)
  • Monitor firmware releases, security bulletins, and vendor notifications. Evaluates, recommends, plans, and applies firmware updates.
  • Assist in the provisioning of user accounts, access groups, and application domains.
  • Document operational policies and procedures based on established client requirements and security controls, industry-standard practices and vendor recommendations.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Should have minimum 7+ years of Experience on configuring Routing & Switching
  • Should be able to do L2 and L3 Activities.
  • Must have good working knowledge in maintaining SMS configuration, monitoring and maintaining space availability, performing basic backup & restore using various storage management components/utilities and good experience in basic z/OS facilities including TSO, ISPF, JCL and problem determination procedures. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Certification CCNA & CCNP or JCNIA/JNCIS & JNCIP or Professional level industry Certification
  • Ability to ensure that all the data pertaining to the company and its clients is safeguarded against unauthorized or illegal use by implementing various methodologies against those who violate the security rules and regulations
  • Proficient to maintain the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information and to maintain its authenticity, control and utility of the relevant data
  • Experience in supporting all the necessary procedures related to security approval, accreditation, certification, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge to implement a realistic approach during the certification schedule and process
  • Hands-on experience to ensure compliance with vulnerability and mitigation procedures and to establish and install security fixes at regular intervals
