Dear All, Greetings of the day!ACL Digital is actively hiring for Network Software Engineering Leader - Presales & Delivery to join our energetic team in Bengaluru Job Requirement - 20 Years Industry Experience in Network Software EngineeringRole Title - Networking Engineering Leader Pre Sales & DeliveryRole OverviewWe are seeking a senior, highly experienced Networking and Telecom Systems Architect who can own end to end responsibility from pre sales through delivery. This role requires deep expertise across wireline, wireless, access, core, transport, IP/MPLS, VNFs, and high performance data plane technologies (DPDK), combined with strong customer facing and leadership capabilities.The individual will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, a solution partner to Sales, and a technical guide to delivery teams, ensuring successful PoCs and production grade deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesPre Sales & Customer EngagementServe as the primary technical interface with customers.Lead technical discovery, solution definition, and architecture discussions.Translate business and operational requirements into end to end technical solutions.Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, SoWs, and solution presentations.Architecture & PoC LeadershipDesign end to end telecom solutions across access, transport, core, and data plane.Define and guide Proof of Concepts (PoCs) aligned to customer use cases.Ensure PoCs are scalable, validated, and production ready.Delivery & Technical GovernanceAct as technical owner during delivery.Guide teams on detailed design, implementation, integration, and troubleshooting.Handle complex cross domain technical escalations.Ensure solution quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.Handled multiple delivery programs across various Tier1 customers with team size of 300 HCTechnical LeadershipMentor architects and engineers.Review designs and implementations for best practices.Drive technical standards, reusable assets, and continuous improvement.Core Technical ExpertiseNetworking: IP/MPLS, BGP, OSPF/IS IS, Segment Routing, EVPN/VXLANDomains: Wireline, Wireless (LTE/5G), Access, Transport, CoreVirtualization: VNFs/CNFs, NFV conceptsHigh Performance: DPDK, SR IOV, NUMA, system tuningPlatforms: Linux systems, containers, Kubernetes (telecom workloads)Detailed ExperienceStrong experience in SD-WAN, Routers, Switches & Firewalls, packet processing, parsing, networking (L2-L4) protocols/architecture, High Availability, in Networking and Telecom Domain.Experience in data plane forwarding, DPDK packet processing, performance tuning.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, good knowledge of Performance/Scale characterization of networking/telecom solutions and experience in all phases of SDLC.Strong working experience with Networking, Linux, Git, Systems Engineering, designing and developing REST based services, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Micro services and Integrations, cloud native application development & tool sets, CICD workflows, release management, and production deployment processes.Working Knowledge on SaaS, PaaS, IaaS.Experience with MLOps, ML model lifecycle pipelines, ML model training and fine-tuning.Experience & Profile20 years in telecom or large scale networking systems with atleast 5 years in Leadership role managing teamsProven pre sales delivery ownershipExperience working with telecom operators, OEMs, or large enterprisesStrong customer communication and executive presentation skillsHands on, pragmatic, and technically authoritative Immediate joiner preferred if interested please connect me at Dear All, Greetings of the day!ACL Digital is actively hiring for Network Software Engineering Leader - Presales & Delivery to join our energetic team in Bengaluru Job Requirement - 20 Years Industry Experience in Network Software EngineeringRole Title - Networking Engineering Leader Pre Sales & DeliveryRole OverviewWe are seeking a senior, highly experienced Networking and Telecom Systems Architect who can own end to end responsibility from pre sales through delivery.
