(L1 kind of resources with about a years experience in IT procurement & asset management)Procurement, Billback & AMC Handling (Software, N/W Device, PC Hardware, PC Accessories) Work with vendors and internal sourcing team to get quotes, create indents, PO and follow-up to material delivery, work with internal finance to complete the GRN and payment processing. Work with internal finance for invoice processing, and internal bill-back between business cost centers.IT Asset Management Work with internal IT team for management of assets (Software & Hardware) belonging to specific businesses. N/W resource JD (L1.5 resource (CCNA), having some hands-on and remote N/W support experience) Should have good knowledge of network to identify and resolve the issues quickly. Knowledge of working in a large enterprise & working with global teams would be a plus. Should have basic knowledge of Avaya Voice infrastructure for troubleshoot basic daily issues. Project Management knowledge to handle infrastructure requirements, Vendor Management knowledge for N/W installation, ITIL knowledge.,Analyzes, plans, designs, and installs new customer systems and reviews, monitors and upgrades existing Network, Security and Hosting systems.Expert in handling major incidents and ability to work with different teams.Good communication skills both verbal and written as engineer need to deal with customersInvestigate new security tools and technologies that may be suitable for deployment. Respond promptly to reported security violations, Investigate validity of reported security violations (check appropriate logs, request further information).Assesses network performance. Sets up and observes network systems. Recommends upgrades or improvements. Supports development of technical standards and application uses. Resolves network problems and offers technical assistance to customers.
