Job Description

    The Client Account Services (CAS) team manages and supports the delivery of a global strategy across Investor Services products for the Client Account Services Model (CIM), Client Documentation, Accounts, and Entitlements. We manage and track in-flight remediation projects, highlight risks/barriers, define project roles, define roles/responsibilities and milestones, manage governance for in flight remediation, and track deliverables to ensure a successful remediation.Client Account Services is

    The candidate will be responsible for:
    • Day to day management, coaching and development of their local team
    • Partnership with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology enhancements
    • Cross collaboration with other regional ops/tech teams to identify opportunities for consistency and improvement to create a streamlined CAS framework
    • Resource planning , managing and reporting HC growth story in alignment with CAS overall Productivity plan
    • Responsible for the coordination of data collation required data from wider org teams
    • Ensure creation and implementation of a seamless reporting framework covering risk, controls, Metrics, Stakeholders asks
    • Ensuring the framework is adhered to with proper audit trails and segregated storage of data analysis and finalized materials
    • Ensuring support to Inter Affiliate and Vendor services , adherence to reporting practices in line with stakeholder expectation
    • Managing the various BM asks across LOBs and extended teams in adherence to timelines
    The team interacts with multiple lines of business and functional support groups. The candidate will need to establish strong relationships with the providers of our data sources, develop a deep understanding of the business profile of the environment we operate in as well as how the risk and control environment can influence our risk appetite statement. The candidate should be interested in working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, participating in key initiatives, and driving process improvement across the team. Desired Candidate Profile: Strong leader and team player with excellent influencing skill who is able to partner closely with peers who share the responsibility across CAS and SSO
    • Highly motivated, energetic self-starter who takes ownership and able to make constructive observations and recommendations
    • Good organizational skills - manages & prioritizes multiple tasks and high focus on quality
    • Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and Alteryx skills preferable
    • Investigative mind-set, able to see issues at both a high-level and in detail, and understand applicability across the business
    • Strong analytical, problem solving & process re-engineering skills
    • Project Management experience desirable
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Confident with communicating with and influencing stakeholders where appropriate
    • Good judgment, maturity, and poise to identify risks and escalate where required
