Job Description

    Job Title: Next.js Technical LeadExperience Required: 6 -8 Years Salary Range: 15 LPA 30 LPA Preferred Location: Hyderabad Other Locations: PAN India (Remote/Hybrid options as applicable) Employment Type: Full-Time | PermanentWe are looking for a highly experienced and innovative Next.js Technical Lead to drive the development of modern, scalable web applications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will architect frontend solutions, mentor a team of developers, and collaborate closely with design and backend teams.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the design and development of Next.js-based applications
    • Define technical architecture and drive best practices across the frontend codebase
    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers for end-to-end solutioning
    • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and SEO using SSR and static generation
    • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and performance monitoring
    • Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth
    • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks
    Required Skills:
    • 68 years of frontend development experience, with at least 3 years in Next.js
    • Strong command over React.js, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript
    • Deep understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), SSG, and API routes in Next.js
    • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, or Styled Components
    • Experience integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
    • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud-based deployment (e.g., Vercel, AWS)
    Preferred Skills:
    • Exposure to headless CMSs (e.g., Contentful, Sanity)
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
    • Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices
    • Prior experience in technical leadership or mentorship roles
