Job Description

    WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
    • Monitor the Network Monitoring tools for any alerts generated from Esko / Client Infrastructure managed by Esko.
    • Analyze the alert and confirm if this is a real alert
    • Create ticket on Service Now Ticketing tool for the Alert received and assign it to NOC Team
    • Perform the 1st Level of troubleshooting for the generated alert and try to resolve it by following the available run books.
    • If NOC is unable to resolve the Incident, please create a task for the same ticket created on Service Now and assign to appropriate group (Tech-Ops / DBA/Plat-Ops/Dev-Ops)
    • Follow-up with the concerned team to whom tasks has ben assigned to resolve the incident once the task has ben closed
    • Participate in Major Incident activity when a Major incident occurs
    • Perform other activities designated to NOC team (Adding & removing devices from Monitoring Tool, Patch Management Sanitization, any other Activity which NOC owns)
    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:
    • Experience with 3+ years experience in Network Monitoring & have worked on Monitoring Tools like Nagios, Site24*7, App Dynamics & Prometheus, or any other Network Monitoring Tool
    • Experience in Incident Management process
    • Experience of working and Managing Incidents records on Ticketing Tools
    • Experience in administration & troubleshooting on Linux and Windows platform
    • Experience on AWS Administration is preferable
    • Experience with one or more scripting languages such as Python, Bash & PowerShell
