Some of the key activities that you will be doing are:

  • Draw search plans for client requisitions to build a candidate pipelines
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery
  • Manage candidate pool effectively to increase utility rate across multiple customers
  • Build market intelligence on specific industry verticals to assist sourcing and client advisory activities
  • Manage a team of consultants to ensure on-time deliverable and customer delight
  • Ensure overall productivity and efficiency within the team
  • Engage Sr. candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations
  • Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
  • Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
Experience:
  • Should have 0.3- 4 years of experience in recruitment in corporate or consulting firms.
  • Should have experience in Service Delivery Management , Candidate Management , Market Mapping , etc
Candidates who have worked on Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain & Operations, Corporate Function roles like Finance, HR, Strategy rolesRequired Skills:0.3 to 4years of experienceDemonstrating a strong capacity for successfully working with end to end recruitment and customer stakeholder managementExcellent communication skills - both verbal and written.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). and Applicant Tracking Systems.Proven excellence in project management skills:Send your resume directly to archana.anand@careernet.co.in ,
