Job Description

    1. Handle Customer Queries via Email/Chat Respond to international customers through email or live chat, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
    2. Resolve Customer Issues Efficiently Identify problems, provide accurate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction without voice interaction.
    3. Maintain High Accuracy in Documentation Update customer records, tickets, and case details in CRM systems with complete accuracy.
    4. Follow SLA and Quality Standards Meet response time targets (SLA), maintain quality scores, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
    5. Process Transactions & Back-End Tasks Perform data entry, order processing, verification, or other backend operations as per business requirements.
    6. Collaborate with Internal Teams Coordinate with different departments (technical, billing, operations) to resolve complex customer issues.
