Part of Level 3 network operations team responsible for resolution of high critical incidents , run Service improvement programs and run small and medium opearational projects.Our Ideal Candidate1. Following Skills are highly desired at deep technical level:a) DC technologies including Cisco ACI , SDN , NFV/VNF.b) Security Platforms - Juniper SRX, Netscreen FWs, Cisco ASA FWs, Proxies, VPN Gateways, Wireless products, etcc) Advanced LB experience preferably F5 platformd) Advanced Routing at the level of managing ISP backbone.e) IP Services like DNS, DHCP, IPAM, AAA Platforms2. Deep Knowledge of an Ecommerce Datacenter infrastructure with focus on GSLB/ISLB, SSL Offloading, FW Flows/HA/ALG details to lead complex multi-component, multi-platform operational issues3. Experience in working with cross-border teams, preferably in BFSI industry.4. Fundamental skills of Task prioritization, Time management, Customer focus, Excellent Oral & Written communication
