Job Description

    Work Location (also mention if we can consider relocation):Dell7 Whitefield BangaloreMax PR for Candidate:8.50 LPA for 5 to 7 Years and 11.50 LPA for 7 to 8 YearsInterview location:Dell7 Whitefield BangaloreRemarks (if any) deadline to share profiles /walk-in deadline/etc:Mode of interview is F2F.Notice period:- max 15 20 daysDetailed JDThe OCM role will provide support to the entire Finance & Operational Reporting Program, across all projects.This should be 6-8 years experience in the OCM space given this program size/complexity and level of communications expected.Plan and manage OCM activitiesComplete all data gathering requirements to establish OCM Assessment tasksConduct Change impact analysis and cultural assessmentComplete all data gathering requirements to define the Communication and End User Training Strategies & plansDevelop Project specific messaging for all stakeholder groups across all projects in the program.Assist in the development and leverage of the LMS for training documentationAssist the development of the intranet and SharePoint site that can be leveraged for communications and trainingAssist the in determining training modules to support user readinessTrack the review and approval of all related messagingOversee day-to-day execution of tasksReport status and communicationCoordinate with the Program Manager / Project Managers to attempt to remove any barriersAbility to navigate across the Dell organization, inside and outside of Services, LOB s, horizontals, etc.Polished executive communication skills, both written and verbal, effectively communicating with the internal customers, LOB executives, and facilitating communication across all stakeholder groups.Skillfully navigate difficult political situations.Excellent PowerPoint skills.,
