Job DescriptionRole: Offer Analyst/ Senior Offer Analyst; 3-5 /5-9 yrs expLocation: Bangalore, IndiaPosition Summary:Reporting to Team Lead of the Offer Management team, the Offer Analyst will provide a dynamic support function to the Global Strategic Pursuit Practice (Enterprise Sales organization), focusing primarily on providing commercial deal support and expertise on large and complex sales opportunities within existing strategic accounts. This is a role that encompasses the augmentation and execution of commercial/financial deal-related best practices for Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) transactions across the globe. We are looking for a highly motivated talent as a self-starter, a team player, a strategic/analytical thinker with a can-do attitude, with the flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for details.Responsibilities:- Advisor for strategic opportunity value proposition including pricing options and related tactical recommendations and presentations- Development of up-sell and cross-sell opportunity best practice at prospectus/proposal stages championing the new Automated Intelligent Proposals program- Produce customer financial business cases on behalf of Field Sales (ROI and RoCE) and create commercially oriented customer reports (spend history, inventory reports)- Analyze customer inventories (install base) to determine up-sell and cross-sell opportunities- Proactively consider and recommend improvements to large deal eco-system (process, pricing)Required ExperienceMandatoryPost-Graduate University degreeIT / Software Industry experienceFirst rate analytical excellenceProblem-Solving skillsFluent English speakerStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
