Job Description

  • Office 365 and related technologies, including core infrastructure, Active Directory and Exchange,
  • Strong concepts on mail migration from non-Microsoft platform to Exchange Online
  • Implementation and management of Exchange Server and Office 365.
  • Experience on working with Windows AD designing is a plus point
  • Candidates should have a good working knowledge of the implementation of an Exchange disaster recovery and Exchange high availability plan
  • Experience of migrating from previous versions of Exchange Server or third-party messaging systems.
  • Prior experience in mailbox migration.
  • Experience of SMTP, POP3 and IMAP protocols
  • Experience tuning and scaling Exchange servers.
  • Experience Troubleshooting Exchange Server related issues
  • Fundamental networking knowledge - IP, DNS, WINS, IP routing, network address translation etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies very fast.
  • Demonstrate passion for MS products and technologies
  • Experience on driving migration project end to end on process and technical front
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Candidate should be capable to manage customer along with offshore team to drive mailbox migration activities.
  • Good in handling customer escalation and provide solution
  • Able to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reliability, Ability to work under pressure and ability to precise in communication are must
  • Should be able to work in 24x7 shifts & customer location
  • Microsoft certified - preferred
