Job Description

    This is for a job opening at our organisation for Office assistant / Data Analyst.Head Office - Yeshwanthpur BangaloreFactory- Bellary KarnatakaThis job is for Bangalore - Yeshwanthpur office.We are into Mineral Beneficiation or Mineral processing of IRON ORE in Bellary - Karnataka. We are into Manufacturing Steel Raw Material based industry.We have been in the steel industry in Bangalore since 38 years.Our office strength is a team of 15 and the factory is around 80 people. In total 95Job Profile:
    1. Coordination and report making of all material inward and outward.
    2. Documentation preparation and submitting for E auctions which we participate in to procure our raw material.
    3. Follow up of paper work and coordination with Factory teams for Dispatch and Inward movement.
    4. Mail and call follow up with clients for their orders and paper work for movement.
    5. Report preparation and updating management of status on a daily basis.
    6. Participating in E auctions and following the guidelines.
    Timing - 9:30 am - 6:30 pm - Monday to SaturdayLanguages - English / Kannada / Hindi
