Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to travel as needed., *10 + Years Experience as OFSAA EPM Business Analyst with hands on experience on OFSAA ALM, FTP & PFT Module.Primary Skills:A Business consultant having knowledge of Banking and /or Banking Analytics experience, will provide his functional inputs and work closely with both Technical and Functional subject matter experts, and other project team members to successfully deploy the OFSAA products. Will Function as business consultant involving Knowledge of Banking with Expertise in one or more of the following areas- Asset Liability Management, FTP and ProfitabiltyMBAs (Finance), CAs, CFAs, with at least 5 years of overall experience from MNC banks, private sector banks, rating agencies, consulting firms, or high end risk analytics KPO firms. FRMs / NCFM Certification is desirable. Knowledge of Finance with Expertise in one or more of the following areas-ALM, FTP, Profitability Banking processes, credit derivatives and credit portfolio management, securitization and loan approval for retail and SME, with experience in credit scoring and IT solutions Good knowledge of local regulatory guidelinesALM / Treasury OperationsPreferably taken part in ALM (Asset Liability Management) process in any form or manner in corporate / banksPrimary skills description:Will Function as business consultant involving Knowledge of Banking with Expertise in one or more of the following areas- Asset Liability Management, FTP and Profitabilty.
