In this role, you will be responsible for providing onsite implementation and support for Okta IdaaS solution. With a key focus on providing subject matter expertise and industry best practice support of existing Okta solution and integration of new applications to the Okta solution

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and configuration of SaaS and on - premise applications with Okta IdaaS solution that is currently deployed in the environment
  • Experienced with working on Okta Access management solution components and SSO integration patterns for application integration with industry - standard SSO protocols including SAML, OAuth (OIDC), WD - Fed, ADFS, etc
  • Integration of Microsoft Active Directory multi - domain and forest environments with Okta
  • Experience with HTTP Servers webproxy rules configuration, LDAP and Web Services
  • Gather, analyze, and document Solution requirements.
  • Communicate effectively to customers and other stakeholders and at the technical andor functional level as required to ensure the required solution is implemented and address the business needs.
  • Be honest, dedicated and diligent in providing excellent design and deployment solutions resulting in extraordinary customer satisfaction.
  • Be prompt and deliver high - quality service and technical leadership to exceed customer goals and requests.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation deliverables to be of the highest standard.
  • Liaise with team members and customer stakeholders to manage implementation needs as required during the project life cycle
  • Experienced in Operational support and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Root cause and corrective action (RCCA) of Okta IdaaS environment
  • Pro - active contribution and manage weekly operational review sessions with other domain owners and SME s
  • Proactively advocate and implement industry and vendor (Okta) best practices for Okta IdaaS solution, including new features and capabilities
  • Prior experience in design, deployment, and support (level 2 and 3) of Okta IdaaS solution in large complex enterprise environments
    • Qualifications Experience:
      • A Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline required
      • Certifications: Okta Certified Professional and Okta Certified Administrator
      • ITIL Knowledge
      • 5 + years of experience in designing and implementing Information Security and Identity and Access Management solutions to support critical systems and business programs
      • 3 + years experience with Okta solution offerings is highly regarded
      • Experience with other IAM vendor solutions in the market place both on - premise and Cloud - based IdaaS solutions Onelogin, Forgerock, Ping Identity, Oracle, IBM, CA, etc is preferred
      • Experience with technologies and protocols to support identity federation and robust access control models (e.g., SAML 2.0, WS - Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, etc)
      • Working knowledge of enterprise web technologies, Information and Network security solutions, IaaS and PaaS services
      • Knowledge of Cloud architectures across the spectrum viz. IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS as well as complex enterprise on - premise IT application landscapes
      • Good knowledge of Enterprise identity life cycle management processes and standards.
      • Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP experience is mandatory
      • Previous experience working on Enterprise Identity lifecycle management projects both on - premise deployments and SaaS deployments e.g. Oracle HCM, Salesforce, Box, Office 365, Workday and HR as a master for identities preferred
      • Ability to multi - task and manage multiple customer engagements is a requirement.
      • Effective communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging and problem management.
