As Online Reputation Manager, you will be managing the global ORM Strategy and execution for Shopmonk. Job Description 1. Real time tracking of online customer conversations about the brand. 2. Responding to online Customers Queries and Complaints across various forums, social media and other customer engagement channels. 3. Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for content fast thinking. 4. Individual who can create content on a variety of complaints, queries or request. 5. Understand the customer and draft a response accordingly. 6. Maintaining Daily Reports and taking care of all deliveries as per SLA. Required 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 2.
