Job Description

    Job Summary:The ORM Agent will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving KreditBees online reputation.Key Responsibilities:
    • Online Reputation Monitoring: Regularly track and analyze online mentions of KreditBee across social media platforms, review sites, forums, and blogs.
    • Response Management: Proactively respond to customer reviews, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions align with KreditBees brand voice.
    • Crisis Management: Handle and mitigate negative reviews, feedback, and potential online PR issues. Propose and execute plans to address and resolve customer complaints in a way that supports customer retention and brand integrity.
    • Report Generation: Provide regular reports on the companys online reputation, trends in customer sentiment, and areas of concern to senior management.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Service) to align ORM efforts with broader company goals and ensure consistency in messaging.
    • Review Platform Management: Review sites to ensure the accurate portrayal of KreditBee in online spaces.
    • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay updated on ORM best practices and emerging trends in online reputation management and customer feedback.
    Key Requirements:
    • Experience: Minimum 23 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media Management.
    • Skills:
      • Strong understanding of social media platforms, review sites, and online forums.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proficiency in ORM tools (e.g., Locobuzz, Meltwater, Sprinklr, etc.).
      • Crisis management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
    • Attributes:
      • Strong attention to detail.
      • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
      • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
      • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering a positive brand experience.

    • Knowledge of financial technology and digital lending services.

    • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
