Job Description

Hi,

  • We are hiring highly talented Field Recruiters to join our organization on immediate basis and right candidate will have experience developing and executing a recruiting strategy and process from front to back.
Responsibilities:
  • The right candidate will have experience developing and executing a recruiting strategy and process from front to back.
  • Execute the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process.
  • Partner with agencies and third party resources to provide the right balance of cost and high quality talent for hourly to executive level roles.
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format.
  • Strength in building relationships with business / clients.
Essential Requirements
  • Graduates and Under Graduates.
  • Good understanding of computer technology
  • Results-oriented team player Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Typically 6 Months to 1+ Years experience in Marketing /Sales/BD
  • Must know languages Kannada+ English /English + Hindi/ English + any regional Language.
