Directing end-to-end front office operations inclusive of documenting reports, participating in property initiatives, ensuring the accounting transactions & cash mgmt. Formulating budgets and ensuring control of budgets to manage the operations as per organizational needs & parameters Recruiting new employees & training them for the jobs Assuring maximum guest satisfaction by closely interacting with them to understand the requirements & customizing services to their needs Monitoring performance of multiple teams and so on providing feedback and direction to the teams for the evolution/ modifications, based on customer inputs, specifications and feedback Mentoring & monitoring Team to ensure efficiency in process operations Motivating high performance amongst the Team by operating and introducing appraisals schemes, responsible for maintaining the guest data and MIS reports Ensuring proper communication in the department by conducting daily briefing & activities Addressing current initiatives, projects & long-term goals by participating in monthly meetings with Front-office and Communication Team Working in close coordination with multiple departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales Department and many more Coordinating and collaborating with other managers to ensure proper functioning of the operationsRequired Candidate profileExcellent Communication skills with a pleasant personalityShould be well versed in handling front office activitiesCandidates should have minimum experience of 6 yearsShould be well -versed with ComputersCandidate must have exposure in 5*Hotel ,
