  • Purpose: To counsel/make awareness of Company offering via Video telephonic call to end users registered on our website across India.
Key Accountability& Deliverables:
  • Responsible for interacting with PAN India registered customer resulting in a quality sales and counseling
  • Customer Interaction will be through video Calls
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information in the database.
  • Understand the customers requirement and identify the customers need.
  • Recommend potential products or offerings to customers by analyzing customer needs.
  • Convince customers to purchase the products by creating awareness of Companys Offering
  • Maintain relationships with customer by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction on the product they purchase.
  • Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well.
Candidate Profile:
  • Core Functional Competencies: Excellent oral communication, Convincing Skills, Good Personality
  • Language Preference: English and Hindi (Must) and any other regional languages will give add-on benefit
  • Education/Qualifications: Any Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in online sales(Tele-sales) or Any Fresher Graduate will also consider.
  • Core Behavioural Competencies: Energetic, Enthusiastic, Engaged and Self-driven Desired: Passionate in sales and counseling
