Job Description

    Job opening for Technician in a 5 Star Luxury HotelLocation: Bengaluru, KarnatakaEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: Minimum 1 yearWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Technician to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our guest experience, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems function seamlessly within our luxury property.Key Responsibilities * Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks on HVAC systems, boilers, electrical panels, and kitchen equipment. * Rapid Response: Attend to guest room complaints (AC issues, plumbing leaks, electrical faults) with urgency and professional etiquette. * General Repairs: Handle basic carpentry, painting, and masonry work as needed to maintain the hotels aesthetic standards. * Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to fire, life, and safety (FLS) regulations. * Energy Management: Monitor utility consumption and suggest ways to improve energy efficiency.What We Are Looking For * Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning (HVAC). * Experience: Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment is highly preferred. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting AHUs, chillers, and DG sets. * Soft Skills: Must be well-groomed, polite, and comfortable interacting with international guests. * Availability: Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.Dm your resume @hidden_mobile
