Job Description

    Responsibilities: Oversee the complete payroll process, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements. Handle and file payments for Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and Gratuity, ensuring compliance with current labour laws. Use payroll software to process payroll and resolve any issues that arise. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll and statutory information. Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll and benefits.Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance. Strong knowledge of current labour laws. Proficiency in payroll software.
