    • Set clear objectives, define roles, and align team members with business goals
    • Communicate expectations, goals, and feedback regularly
    • Resolve team concerns and conflicts effectively
    • Support employee development through coaching and training
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Drive team performance to achieve KPIs and targets
    • Generate performance reports and provide updates to management
    • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
    • Monitor call quality, CSAT, AHT, and productivity metrics
    • Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
    • Conduct regular feedback and performance evaluations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service improvement initiatives
    Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (No Backlogs)Package - Max 5.7 LPA1 TO 5 Years of experience as Team Lead (on papers mandatory)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent leadership and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and work under pressureStrong analytical and decision-making skillsInterview Process:HR ScreeningOperations RoundSalary DiscussionOPEN POSITION 2 OPERATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGERJob Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end operations for International Voice/Non-Voice/Blended processes
    • Lead Team Leaders and front-line teams to achieve KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, Productivity, Quality, TAT)
    • Ensure SLA and client performance metrics are consistently achieved
    • Conduct daily reviews, coaching sessions, and action planning
    • Handle stakeholder communication and client governance calls
    • Monitor attendance, shrinkage, and workforce utilization
    • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
    • Ensure compliance with company and client guidelines
